The Great Dairy-Free Challenge Continues

Christmas Dinner!
Grant’s parents came to visit us this Christmas and I got to cook dinner. So as usual I decided to go ALL OUT! So we started with a cheese plate.
Smoked Gouda, German Butterkase, Balsamic Vinegar Aged BellaVitano, and Saint Andre Double Cream.
The Main Course! Turkey roulade with apple sage stuffing, Châteaubriand steak with rosemary crust, horseradish and blue cheese sauce, herbs...

Soft Frosted Sugar Cookies

I colored some of the icing teal and then made a few with chocolate ganache. They were delicious!

Spicy Thai Peanut Chicken Pizza
Last night we made the most awesome pizza I’ve ever had! Grant is famous for his spicy thai peanut satay sauce. Normally we serve the sauce on chicken with coconut rice or just over pasta. But we’ve been talking about how neat it might be to turn it into a pizza. (Because every yummy food has the potential to be a very yummy pizza)
The sauce is a mixture of peanut butter, honey,...
